International Women’s Day Luncheon a Great Success

At the third annual International Women’s Day Luncheon on Friday (3rd March), Hope founder and Hon. Director Maureen Forrest, MC RTE’s Ruth Scott and author Moira Geary (the Recombobulator) joined forces as special guests, to highlight the role of women in society and raise awareness for marginalised women and girls in Kolkata, India.

Laura Morgenstern works at The Hope Foundation head office in Cork and traveled to Kolkata as a group leader as part of HOPE’s School Immersion Programme. Laura traveled with students from Templemore Secondary School and Regina Mundi College Cork.
